A four page newspaper describing the events related to the social groups and athletic clubs of the Fisk Tire Company for the week of August 19, 1920. Page one leads with Rowland's Pets taking the first two games with fine pitching performances by Pete Wood and Rube Richards. The Red Tops will play Three Rivers at the Park on Saturday and then travel to Fitchburg for the Sunday game. In other big news, Jimmie Lowe is hosting a clambake at his camp at Hampton Ponds. Page two stories talk about the poor attendance at Park Night on Friday. It was due to the weather. The Non-Skids win their fifth straight and have to play the Milton-Bradley team next. There are two stories on page three. One about the Red Tops shutting out the Tomville Big-Hearts and the other on how 29 departments get through July without a safety mishap. Bewteen the stories is a photograph of Red Tops catcher, Snubber Greenhalgh, tagging out a Big-Hearts player at the plate. The next Park Night scehdule is at the bottom half of the page. Page four is another grab-bag of short stories ranging from the tennis tournament, to the women's swim class, to the attendence at the Tuesday night dance. Dive in.
