Applying for a Library Card

To apply for a library card, please print and fill out one of the applications below and bring it to the library, along with a picture ID with your current address. If your current address is not shown on your ID, please bring proof of address (a piece of mail with your address on it is acceptable).

For ages 18 and up. Please bring a current picture ID and proof of your address.

For ages 13-17. Please bring a current picture ID and proof of your address. If you do not have a picture ID, please bring your parent or guardian with a picture ID and proof of address.

For ages 5-12. Bring your parent or guardian with a picture ID and proof of address.
